Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship the package via a trackable service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days to your original payment method.
